CLUB RULES


Seabright Beach Club expects both Members and their guests to observe the rules of the Club. The Club kindly requests that Members inform and remind their guests of the rules and policies before and during their visit. The Club greatly appreciates your help and your guests’ compliance. Summarized below are a few of the key rules.

 

ARRIVAL:

After parking, please stop at the visitor window to meet your member host and be registered. You will be given a parking pass to place on your vehicle’s dashboard to permit parking in the Club lot. Please notify the staff at the visitor window if you need handicap assistance.
 

DRESS CODE:

Appropriate dress is required on the Club premises at all times. Shirts, bathing suits cover-ups, or the equivalent must be worn by persons anywhere on the second floor, the front porch, bar enclosure (and the deck in front of the bar enclosure), and the Club room. Sleeveless shirts for gentlemen are not permitted on the Club premises. Persons in wet bathing suits must avoid entering the porches, the bar enclosure, the Club room and anywhere on the second floor.
 

ELECTRONIC DEVICES:

The silent use of cellular phones for texting is permitted on Club premises if it is non-disruptive and discreet. The use of cell phones to make or receive calls is permitted only in the Club’s parking lot and is prohibited in the Club’s public places, including the beach. The silent use of laptops or iPads is only permitted on the second floor and adjoining deck if there is no private event.
 

SMOKING:

Any form of smoking (including cigars, cigarettes, pipes, e-cigs, vaping or marijuana, etc.) is strictly prohibited on Club premises, except for the designated area in the parking lot.
 

GRATUITIES:

No Member or guest shall give money or a gratuity in any form to any employee of the Club.
